Criteria includes: services to a regional community need, demonstrates a measurable socioeconomic impact, maximises local community benefits, celebrates and highlights the work of the applicant and helps boost the profile and strength of the applicant for the future, and demonstrates innovation in their project strategy, goals and mission, and how these align to improving their service offering and increasing regional impact.
