Reimbursement funding will be provided to eligible wildlife carers and wildlife care organisations for the purchase of essential items for the rescue and rehabilitation of sick or injured wildlife in Queensland: Category 1 – Individual wildlife carers and Category 2 – Wildlife care organisations. A total of $300,000 (excluding GST) in funding will be committed to reimbursements in the order that eligible applications are received until all funding is committed or until 4pm on 22 September.
