It’s the end of the year already! That means it’s not long until we begin the Membership and Insurance renewal process for 2025 for Queensland Water and Land Carer member groups.

An email will be sent to members in late January 2025 so during the break please ensure your contact details are up to date by logging in and updating the online form – Yes you are able do it yourself this year!

Keeping Your QWaLC Member Account Details Up to Date

To ensure you stay connected and informed, we encourage all QWaLC member groups to update their account details whenever necessary. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:

Instructions for Updating Your QWaLC Member Group Account
1. Click Here to Log In
Go to the login page for QWaLC members.
2. Enter Your Group’s Username and Password
o If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot.”
o You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you no longer have access to the registered email, please contact us for assistance updating the email address associated with your account.
3. Access Member Group Details
o You can update all details except your Group’s Name and Username.
4. Use the Provided Form
Update any relevant information using the form available on your profile page.
5. Click “UPDATE MY GROUP’S DETAILS”
Once saved, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your details have been updated successfully.
