  • Mt Lofty Inc (Shaen Egan, Pres & Chris Meibusch Sec): Overview of recent activities of 3 Koala stakeholders in the Toowoomba Region towards the development of a long term Conservation Strategy for Koalas.
  • Cape York Weeds and Feral Animals Inc (Trevor Meldrum): Cape York Weeds and Feral Animals Inc. integrates Indigenous knowledge with modern technology for sustainable land management. Led by Kuuku Yalanji man Trevor Meldrum, the organisation trains Indigenous and non-Indigenous people in biosecurity, weed, and pest control. This approach fosters resilience and inclusive Landcare collaborations through cultural and technical expertise.
  • Noosa & District Landcare Group Inc (Sharon Wright GM) In 2017, Noosa & District Landcare Group Inc signed an MOU – the first of its kind in Queensland – to facilitate the community buy-out of a commercial forestry plantation lease over State Forest in the Noosa Shire. The project enabled the restoration and conversion to National Park of over 2400ha of critical corridor habitat.
