In Queensland a regulation has been approved (Associations Incorporation and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2023) which completes the implementation of changes to incorporated association laws under the Associations Incorporation and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2020 (Qld). These include changes to financial reporting thresholds from 1 July 2023, and changes to remuneration disclosure and internal grievance procedure from 1 July 2024.
