The National Landcare Network and Natural Resource Management Regions Australia are pleased to launch the National statement of collaboration principles document that both organisations have been working. The statement of principles was launched at the Natural Resource Management Regional Organisation’s Knowledge Conference at Margaret River in West Australia earlier this week.
As the by-line says the intent of the statement of collaboration principles is to be – A guiding framework for collaboration and engagement between Community Landcare and Regional NRM organisations, It was co-designed through a working group comprising the Chairs and CEOs of the NLN and NRMRA, some NRM region and State and Territory Landcare peak body CEOs.
QWaLC is pleased with the document as a demonstration of both national organisations working together and we believe its content will assist in guiding both the Regional NRM Organisations in Queensland and our member groups at a regional level.
