Gavin heads the Aon Affinity Not-for-Profit team, which only deals in insurance and risk management for the not-for-profit sector. He has been part of the Aon group for 28 years and specialises in Affinity programs, designing and managing facilities and schemes. For the past 20 years Gavin has focused on providing tailored insurance and risk management for not-for-profit and charitable organisations, specialising in unique wordings and schemes for these organisations.
